Umer Shaukat
Chairman, Board of Directors
A business leader with experience spanning agricultural trading, international trade, government procurement, renewable energy and industrial services. His career began in 2009 in Pakistan’s agricultural trading sector. In 2013 he relocated to Saudi Arabia as General Manager of the Nayef Muhammad Al Harbi Group, strengthening his experience in commercial management, procurement and business development within the Saudi market.
Returning to Pakistan in 2017, he focused on government tenders and the supply of medical, surgical, hospital and general items until 2021, later establishing a company in the UAE and expanding into international solar trade. Today he serves as Group Chief Executive Officer at ZEMCO, part of the Zainab Group of Companies.
Shaikh Azhar Ali
Chief Executive Officer
A businessman, entrepreneur and engineering executive with over 30 years of experience across engineering, construction, energy, infrastructure and industrial projects. His leadership experience includes senior positions such as Chairman, CEO, Managing Director and Director, with project exposure across Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq and the UK.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from UET Pakistan and Executive Education from Harvard Business School, USA.
Farooq Ali Bajwa
Director, Legal & HR
A legal professional with more than 22 years of experience in Pakistan, specialising in customs law, FIA laws, anti-terrorism, anti-corruption, banking offences and complex legal proceedings.
His career includes service as Special Prosecutor with the FIA and senior leadership roles across engineering and industrial organisations. His international exposure spans Pakistan, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Iraq and the UK.

Shaikh Shahryar Azhar
Engineering & Infrastructure Project Manager
A mechanical engineer with international experience in industrial projects, construction supervision, mechanical design and infrastructure development across the UK and Pakistan. As Executive Director at Roughton Engineering his work covered project management, technical supervision and engineering consultancy, with exposure to rail infrastructure, cement plant expansion, structural strengthening, silo evaluation and preheater design review.
BEng in Mechanical Engineering, Imperial College London.
Niyas Palakkal
Business Development Manager
A business development professional with over 30 years of experience in Saudi Arabia across HVAC, electromechanical, electronics and international trading. He spent 20 years with Abdul Latif Jameel Electronics as National Service Manager, leading service operations, call centre management and strategic sourcing.
Mirza Affan Baig
Telecom Project Manager
More than 20 years of experience in infrastructure development, project planning, construction management and large-scale telecom delivery. His roles with ZONG and PMCL covered telecom infrastructure rollout, site development, implementation and field operations.
Key achievements include managing 2,700 cell sites, delivering 1,486 sites in 15 months and commissioning 1,300 sites in 11 months.
Noman Manzer Malik
Mechanical Division Project Manager
More than two decades of experience across oil and gas, LNG, cement and power projects, covering mechanical construction, fabrication, erection, installation, commissioning, maintenance and site leadership.
His portfolio includes the Kirkuk Modular Gasoline Production Complex, Rohri Cement Plant, D.G. Cement, Engro Elengy LNG Terminal, Nashpa Gas Processing & LPG Recovery Plant and MOL oil and gas facilities.
Yasir Mehmood
IT Consultant & Project Manager
Over a decade of experience in IT infrastructure, digital transformation and project management, with experience across property management, consulting and engineering sectors. His expertise includes secure network and infrastructure solutions, team and vendor management, cybersecurity and process optimisation.
Master’s in Computer Sciences and Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering.
Azhar Shaheen Qazi
QA/QC Manager
Approximately four decades of experience in EPC project management, quality management, construction and site operations. His career spans industrial, energy and infrastructure projects across Pakistan, Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including refineries, gas and LNG facilities, power plants, fertiliser and chemical plants, pipelines and major shutdowns.
His portfolio includes Barzan Onshore, Shell Pearl GTL, GASCO Ruwais, PARCO Mid Country Refinery, AES Lalpir, Dolphin Qatar and Fatima Fertilizer.
